About

At the end of a college lecture, some moons ago, our handsome lecturer asked if there were any questions, I whispered ‘Would you marry a girl in wellies?’ and a friend burst into laughter because a). I was as city a girl as they come and b). my friend was a farmer’s daughter and knew what a life in wellies meant to a girl!

Now, I’m married to a lovely and more importantly understanding Dairy Farmer in North Kerry, Ireland. We are blessed with three beautiful sons. Originally from Cork city, I didn’t meet a cow until I moved to Hearthill and began my life as a farmer’s wife.

Let me tell you a little bit about our life in wellies…

Anne

Hi Lizzy, Yep, I was the frantic mommy with the new born and was especially delighted with the chowder and the mushroom risotto soup. All at the table loved them at lunchtime -Divine! Would love that chat! Until next time! Anne
